Fellow WPHS ‘78 Wildcats:
Greetings! Our 40-year high school reunion is set for Saturday evening, October 6. We placed our reunion on Winter Park High’s 2018 Homecoming weekend and hope that many of you can attend Friday night’s Homecoming Game at Showalter Field which starts at 7:00 PM. Go Wildcats!
40th Reunion Theme:
The theme for our reunion comes from our Facebook contest in February. Thanks to Bob Baird for suggesting “Life’s Been Good!” From the 9 songs that made it to the final round, Bob’s entry garnered the most votes from fellow classmates. Of course, we should credit the famous Joe Walsh for his smash hit from 1978!

We do not intend to make very many updates to our website. We will rely largely on our Facebook page for current news and announcements. Nevertheless, our website has a complete copy of our year book senior photos and many other pictures from previous reunions for you to enjoy.

Winter Park High School Foundation a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit
At our registration website you will see that we are accepting donations to the WPHS Foundation.
The WPHS Foundation was established as an IRS-approved not-for-profit organization in 1992 by concerned parents and community members to bridge the gap between county and state educational funding and the money necessary to help WPHS maintain its outstanding position as a nationally-acclaimed public high school.
Its sole purpose is to provide additional financial support for the educational, extracurricular, and athletic needs that benefit WPHS students. Recent budget cuts and today's tougher financial times make the work of the Foundation more vitally important than ever before.

Final thought:
We would really love to see a turn out for this reunion that’s greater than our previous three reunions. Our 30th reunion attracted 203 classmates, spouses and friends. So please help us to spread the word and encourage your fellow classmates to join our Facebook group and register for the reunion.
